3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring that their use of Pu Prime Forex services complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and advertising standards in their jurisdiction. This includes compliance with financial services advertising regulations, data protection laws, and consumer protection requirements.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive a licence to use deliverables (landing pages, funnels, bot configurations, content templates) for their intended purpose. Pu Prime Forex retains ownership of underlying frameworks, tools, and proprietary technology used to create these deliverables.

5. Limitation of Liability

Pu Prime Forex provides marketing infrastructure services and makes no guarantees regarding specific conversion rates, revenue outcomes, or business results. Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes business strategies, traffic data, conversion metrics, and any other sensitive information disclosed during our working relationship.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
